Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Fadhel
Manager, Riyadh Refinery Department, Saudi Aramco

Abdulrahman Al-Fadhel is a chemical engineer has 35 years of Refining operation, maintenance and engineering experience with Saudi Aramco. He participated and managed many mega projects and more than 10 T&ls and shutdown In Saudi Aramco. He is also a member of Saudi Council of Engineers as Consultant. He assumed leadership positions of both operation and maintenance departments in Riyadh refinery, The most complex Saudi Aramco refinery according to Solomon associates ranking RasTanura Refinery, the biggest Saudi Aramco Refinery (550 MBD) He is currently the manager of Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery since 2012.Riyadh refinery went through great Performance transformation according to the Solomon associate studies, which is performed every 2 years for more than 350 Refineries all over the world. According to the latest study, Riyadh Refinery scored 1st quartile in 70% of the Solomon indices.

Mr. Mamdouh Al Aidarous
Engineering Consultant, Saudi Aramco

Mamdouh B. Al-Aldarous is a registered Professional Engineer (SCE) and is a current Engineering Consultant at the Engineering Services at Saudi Aramco. Has over 32 years of experience. Mamdouh holds a Master of Engineering Degree from King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals majoring Mechanical Engineering with specialty in Dynamics and Vibration. Mamdouh works at Saudi Aramco since 1990. His experience covers wide range of engineering roles within the Oil and Gas (Energy Sector). Mamdouh presented numerous technical presentations in rotating equipment, machinery faults, dynamic analysis, structural integrity and diagnostic of machineries across the world Mamdouh was also a Chairman of the Vibration Institute-Saudi Arabia, a non-for-profit organization.

Dr. Abdurrahman Khalidi
Chief Technology Officer, General Electric

Abdurrahman Khalidi has spent his entire 17-year career with the General Electric Company. Currently Abdurrahman is the Chief technology officer of GE Power for Middle East Africa. In this role, Abdurrahman leads various engineering teams in product service, application and requisition, repair, performance, NPI, plant solutions, and Edison engineering. Abdurrahman has built the first Monitoring and Diagnostics center outside of Atlanta in both Dubai and Saudi. He also established the first Hot & Harsh engineering center of excellence for Power & Water equipment. Previously, Abdurrahman was leading Oil & Gas MENAT regional engineering teams in ATO, field project engineering, and Drilling & surface. Before joining O&G, Abdurrahman has spent 10 years at GE Global research in Niskayuna where he had several roles as a senior mechanical engineer and project manager in the Structural Mechanicals and Dynamics Lab in Niskayuna, New York. Abdurrahman has worked on a variety of technologies in Medical Systems, Wind Turbines, Aviation, Oil & Gas, and power systems. His work concentrated on dynamics & vibration, design, and motion control of mechanical systems. Abdurrahman has filed for 28 US patents in various fields of technology, 18 of which have already been granted. Abdurrahman received his Master's degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University in 1996 working on vibrations and control system and a PhD degree from Cornell University in 2001 where his research work was in the area of Health Monitoring of Dynamic Systems using advanced time-frequency signal analysis.

Mr. Bernard Quoix
President, European Turbine Network

Bernard QUOIX, Head of Rotating Machinery Department of TOTAL E&P since 2003 and recently nominated Senior Fellow of TOTAL Group, started his career in 1979 within TOTAL Operations From 1986 to 1989, he worked for Turbomeca Industrial Division and then joined Renault Car Manufacturer before working for Elf Aquitaine and eventually TOTAL, involved in all aspects of turbomachines for new oil and gas field development, commissioning and start-up, and Operations.. In 2005, 2009 and 2014, he was elected member of the distinguished Turbomachinery Advisory Committee in Houston. In 2008, he was elected member of the Board and in 2010 President of ETN, position he still holds to date.
